The Energy Enhancement System (EES) session is a deeply relaxing, immersive environment where clients come to rest, unplug, and allow their body to shift out of stress and into recovery.

What to Expect

You’ll be guided into a quiet, comfortable room designed for stillness and relaxation. This is your time to step away from constant input and let your body settle.


During your session:

• You’ll be seated or reclined comfortably

• Soft frequencies and visuals create a calming atmosphere

• Noise-canceling headphones enhance the immersive experience

• You’re encouraged to simply rest, meditate, or even sleep
