This massage incorporates Swedish technique that will hydrate your skin, get your circulation moving, help recover sore muscles and soothe your mind. Sports Massage
Pressure for this massage varies depending on your needs. Right after a workout it is best to do light to medium pressure to remove excess lactic acid build up, and repair those muscles that you worked. Before a workout come in and receive a deeper pressure and stretching to lengthen your muscle groups and avoid injury. (deposit required on all massage services)
Warm Oil Scalp Massage
Beginning with a warm coconut oil along the start of the scalp, and move through the length of your hair. This massage is focused on the scalp health, hair health and will incorporate neck and scalp massage. Promoting growth and hydration from the point of growth and care for your ends. (to be booked by itself, added on to massage, can be done during Feng shui pod)
Deep Tissue Massage

Reflexology
Points on the feet and hands correspond with specific areas in the body, this massage is focused for the entire duration on your hands/feet or if you’d like, just the feet or just the hands. Stretching the fingers and toes and giving mobility to the wrists and the ankles.

Can be added to any massage treatment.
The hot stone upgrade is a focus area chosen by the client.
Lavender oil upgrade can be added to any massage therapy treatment. Calming the senses, boosting your mood improving sleep and helping fight stress.
Peppermint oil upgrade can be added to any massage treatment. Peppermint oil helps soothe headache, muscle aches and joint pains. Improves mental function and reducing stress.
Eucalyptus oil upgrade can be added to any massage treatment. Eucalyptus helps reduce pain and inflammation and is uplifting in the mind body and spirit.
Lemon oil upgrade can be added to any massage therapy treatment. Lemon oil is beneficial in boosting the immune system, easing anxiety and depression and reducing pain.
The foot or hand scrub add on can be added to the end of the foot or hand detox. Recieve your detox and soak and for an additional 10 minutes our therapist comes in and scrubs the bottoms of your feet (or the hands and wrists) using a seasonal scent, and ridding your feet and ankles of any dead skin/toxin buildup before you leave!
During your normal feng shui steam pod treatment you can upgrade your service with a hot coconut oil scalp massage. Performed for 20 minutes.
