Pressure for this massage varies depending on your needs. Right after a workout it is best to do light to medium pressure to remove excess lactic acid build up, and repair those muscles that you worked. Before a workout come in and receive a deeper pressure and stretching to lengthen your muscle groups and avoid injury.

Points on the feet and hands correspond with specific areas in the body, this massage is focused for the entire duration on your hands/feet or if you’d like, just the feet or just the hands. Stretching the fingers and toes and giving mobility to the wrists and the ankles.
