Pinnacle Wellness FAQ's

Do you accept insurance?

At this time we do not accept insurance policies. Although we can provide you a receipt upon payment that you can submit to your insurance and to their discretion can decide whether to reimburse you.


Do you require reservations in advance?

We gladly accept walk-ins although we cannot guarantee an appointment in the wellness facility or spa will be available. To ensure we can accommodate you please feel free to reach out to our front desk directly.


Should I bring anything with me?

Please ensure you bring your government issued photo ID, you will need this before you check in. Wear comfortable clothes/shoes/socks if you don’t plan on using a robe. Please do not bring in any valuables as Pinnacle Wellness is not responsible for the loss of any items.


Can I bring in any food or alcohol?

Pinnacle Wellness does not allow outside food or alcohol unless you have booked a group party and have got approval beforehand. There will be complimentary waters and tea, and if you’re interested please check out our all natural juice bar! If you plan on having lunch with your group, please only consume this food outside in our courtyard at one of our beautiful tables. (Weather dependent) No food will be allowed inside the facility. 


Do you have a cell phone/technology policy?

Pinnacle Wellness is a relaxation zone. We understand most of us carry cell phones in case of an emergency. We work hard to ensure all of our clients have the upmost relaxing facility, and in order to do this we ask that if you must text, please turn your volume off. If you have to take a phone call please take a moment and step outside. This is to respect your privacy, and the relaxation of our other guests. No photos will be allowed inside the facility to respect our team and other clients. If you would like your photos taken please ask one of our team members to get your photo so we can ensure there are no other guests or team members in the background of your pictures. 


What is the minimum age requirement for use of the wellness facility or spa?

All of our massage/body treatments and Aesthetic services are 18+. Our wellness center offers some modalities for our younger crowd, but must be accompanied directly by an adult. Please see the policies page, or contact us directly for a list of these treatments.


Do I have to be prepared to remove all of my clothes for a treatment?

Pinnacle Wellness center offers a variety of different modalities that you can receive while fully clothed if this is preferred. For our spa treatments undergarments are not necessary, but you can wear them if you prefer. All of our therapists are trained to properly drape you according to the body part they are specifically working on. If you have a gender preference for your massage therapist please contact us directly to inform us so we can ensure you are the most comfortable during your visit.


What if I have a medical condition/ recent surgery or allergy?

If you have any medical history you believe is important to disclose before a treatment, please inform our receptionist upon booking. If you are not comfortable disclosing this information to our receptionist please ensure you are informing your therapist before your treatment begins. If you are pregnant, had recent accidents, surgeries or any allergies it is important for us to know to better provide for you.


Do you automatically add gratuity?

A 20% adjustable auto gratuity is added to the price of your service at the end of your visit. If you would like to add additional gratuity to your treatment it is greatly appreciated by our staff for outstanding service, and is to your discretion. 


Do you sell and accept gift cards?

Pinnacle wellness sells gift cards that are of monetary value. No discounts will be applied to these when purchasing, and if lost or stolen they will not be honored. Please bring your gift card in with you in order to redeem. Gift cards cannot be looked up and honored without the physical card present. Pinnacle wellness does not accept any outside gift cards ie. Spa finder or spa wellness.


Disclaimer:

Pinnacle wellness is a smoke free facility, and is prohibited within the courtyard or facility. Cell phones and other devices must be on silent. Pinnacle wellness does not accept any liability for lost or stolen items. Please keep them at home. All equipment is subject to weight a size limits, for questions regarding this please reach out directly. Services, Gift cards, punch cards provided through Pinnacle Wellness are non refundable.


Pinnacle Wellness Policies

Booking:

-We have booking online, or please call us directly to book! We do require a valid credit card in order to book a Wellness modality or spa treatment.  


Confirmation calls:

-We provide confirmation calls the day before your treatment to ensure we have the correct treatment booked for you, and can make any adjustments or add ons to your treatment at this time.


Check in:

-We ask that you arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This is to ensure we can get you checked in and ready on time for your treatment.


Late Policy:

-If you are running late please call us directly to inform us that you are on your way, but will be late. For specific modalities and treatments, if you are more than 5 minutes late, we will be unable to provide you your treatment and it will be treated as a cancellation and 50% will be charged. If we are able to perform your treatment, the time you are late will cut into your treatment time and we will not be able to provide you the whole time. You will not receive a discount on services if you are late.


Cancellation Policy

-We understand life happens! If something comes up and you are not able to make it in for your treatment please call us directly at least 24 hours before your treatment. If you are cancelling before or after business hours please leave a message on our voicemail so we are able to cancel your appointment as soon as we are back in. If you Cancel within the 24 hours we will be required to charge a 50% cancellation fee. 


No Show Policy

-Our therapists depend on the appointments that they have on their books, and by booking an appointment you understand that you are reserving a time. If you no show you will be charged full price for the treatment.


Auto Gratuity

-We add an adjustable auto gratuity of 20% to every modality or spa treatment. If you tip cash, or want to adjust this please let the concierge know upon checkout.


Discounts

-Wisdom discount (60 +) 10%

-Veterans discount 10%

-First responders discount 10%

-Military 10%



Gift cards

-We offer gift cards that will have a monetary value. Discounts cannot be applied. Gift cards must be treated as cash and will not be replaced/used if lost or stolen. 


A valid government photo ID is required to receive and purchase services performed at Pinnacle Wellness.
